At Juno Labs ("Juno Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible from junolabs.ai, the privacy of our visitors, contractors, and customers is one of our top priorities. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect and how we use, disclose, and protect that information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our websites and users of our services with regards to the information that they share and/or that we collect at Juno Labs. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website and our services.

Consent

By using our website and services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an account or onboard as a contractor, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, mobile phone number, and contractor identifier.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

SMS / text messaging

Mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and SMS delivery providers, is permitted. All other categories — including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — will not be shared with any third parties.

Juno Labs sends SMS appointment reminders and operational messages to contracted field-service technicians who have explicitly opted in via our contractor onboarding page at consent.junolabs.ai.

What we send: reminders for upcoming service appointments, confirmation requests, and operational updates if a visit is rescheduled or cancelled. We do not send marketing, promotional, or survey content via SMS.

Frequency: approximately 10–30 messages per month per contractor during active assignments.

Opt-out and help: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to receive support contact information. Message and data rates may apply. You may also email support@junolabs.ai to be removed.

Data retained: we retain consent records (timestamp, IP address at time of consent, contractor identifier, and the phone number) for as long as the contractor relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.
